Thanks to our many years of experience with complex document, data and information processes, we understand better than anyone that we operate in a market in which data protection and privacy are essential. We provide XA Flow as an online service (SaaS). we work with a reputable data center in the Netherlands, all data therefore remains within the European Union, fully compliant with the GDPR.
On top of that, we mainly use XA Flow as a hub, to connect different applications through API links. We then create a workflow so that we can retrieve data (from different systems), enrich it, update it, convert it, and so on. When the data is ready, we deliver it back to your application. At that moment you can also choose to have all data in XA Flow automatically deleted. This can be done immediately after delivery of the data, but also after a predetermined period (days, weeks, months).
