Tuesday, November 12th - Being transparent and still complying with the GDPR?
With the introduction of the GDPR, government agencies became more cautious. They all appointed a data protection officer (DPO) who was charged with questions such as: which documents should be anonymized and which should not? Should certain publications be taken offline until the documentation is GDPR proof or should the Personal Data Authority (DPA) not expect us to do so? And should we now develop a process whereby personal data is removed by default from documents to be published? A lot of questions that you will get detailed answers to during the lunch & learn meeting on Tuesday, November 12!

Time slot: 11.00 – 13.00
Location: XA Amersfoort
Target group: Government

Thursday, November 21st - Efficiency HRM processes: yes, but how?
In order for changes to be successful, it is essential to first effectively set up one's own (internal) processes and to create a culture within the HR department in which this is possible. XA visits many different organizations and has noticed that often there is still room for a great deal of efficiency and quality improvement in the area of (administrative) HRM processes. The more efficient the processes are, the more transparent the HRM department can be to the organization. In addition, streamlined processes make an important contribution to employee satisfaction and cost savings. What are the do's and dont's? During this session, we would like to update you on the possibilities and the best approach to start optimizing, automating and digitizing your HRM processes.

Time slot: 11.00 – 13.00
